Liverpool Access to Advice Network has published its Annual Report for 2024/2025
We have enjoyed another highly successful year as we work towards our mission of ensuring all people in Liverpool can access free legal advice, when and where they need it. Our Annual Report demonstrates the work we have been doing to develop our community of practice and to advocate for the free legal advice sector on a local and national stage.
Martin Jungnitz, Independent Chair, says:
"This has been an important year in the further evolution of Liverpool Access to Advice Network in our shared mission to protect advice for residents, to develop a thriving community of practice for advice agencies and community advice gateways, and to highlight the social and economic value of advice."
"May I offer a huge thank you to all of our members for your continued vital work in these difficult times to reduce inequality, hardship and poverty, and to improve the lives of residents in Liverpool, through access to quality, independent advice."
Edward Hodgson, Coordinator, says:
"I'm delighted to be sharing an Annual Report which proves the value and power of our network. This past year has seen us make great strides toward our goals, including electing our committee and Independent Chair, and formally beginning the process of becoming an independent charity."
"We are ambitious by nature, because we know that our work has the potential to improve outcomes and livelihoods for thousands across our city. I'd like to thank our Chair Martin for his unwavering support, and our committee for their knowledge and skill in steering our organisation. I look forward to the continued growth and successes of our network."
