Heather Jessop is Chief Executive of Citizens Advice Liverpool, our parent company. Heather has worked for Citizens Advice services in Liverpool for more than 40 years. Starting as a volunteer with Netherley Citizens Advice while at college, she was motivated both by the drive and passion of the team, and the depth and impact of services provided.

After a happy year as a general advice volunteer, she specialised in money advice and joined the debt team and Liverpool County Courts. She was then appointed Deputy Manager for Kensington Citizens Advice, before becoming Chief Officer of Citizens Advice Liverpool. Heather took up the role of Chief Executive in 2016.
