Professor Tim Nichol has a law degree from Oxford University and a PhD from the University of York. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds fellowship status with the Royal Society of Arts and the Chartered Management Institute.

 

Tim joined Liverpool John Moores University in 2015, first as Dean of the Liverpool Business School and is now Pro Vice Chancellor of the Faculty of Society and Culture. Access to justice is important to Tim and at LJMU he has worked with colleagues to establish the successful Legal Advice Centre, a curricula based clinic offering free legal advice. He has been involved with Liverpool Access to Advice Network since its inception as a steering group member and he is delighted to have been invited to be a trustee/director and to continue to play a role in supporting the development of Liverpool Access to Advice Network.
